Des employés chaleureux qui prennent le temps de bien s’occuper de vous :) Rétroaction très rapide sur Market place (Facebook) . Je recommande, voilà une montre que j’ai acheter en magasin et qui peut vous donner un bon avant goût des petits trésors possible de trouver en magasin.

The only reason I would review this store negatively is to have exclusivity on their products at bargain prices! I loved my experience! Friendly employees who take the time to take good care of you :) Very quick feedback on Market place (Facebook). I recommend, here's a watch that I bought in store that can give you a good taste of the little treasures you can find in stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell you honestly, I was skeptical buying electronics other than from top tier shops. But XCHANGE ZONE exceeded my expectations. Now it is my go-to store. These people are truly THE BEST!!! I had an issue with my air conditioning unit, and the manufacturer was toying with me. Then I contacted the shop, and Ben, the manager took care of exchaging my unit without any hassle. They provide exceptional customer service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a guitar listed on Kijiji by Xchangezone. Because I lived far away, I asked the representative if shipping is possible.
I gave him the link to the official Canada Post shipping rate website. I put in the dimensions of the parcel (I used the dimensions of a guitar I shipped before with a big, heavy, rectangular box), and the most affordable regular parcel (4-day) shipping rate was $65. So I politely asked the person if it is agreeable to pay for the guitar and the shipping.
But the person was very rude in that he accused me that the shipping can't be that cheap and that I didn't even put in the dimensions for the parcel when I actually put a larger dimension to be safe.
What I am very sad about is that I was simply inquiring if this is possible, and the person had a very impolite attitude in refusing. And the reason for refusing was not logical. He confirmed before that the price included the tax. But he suddenly changed his word that the price didn't include the tax when I asked him with shipping. He argued he shipped many items before and can never cost below $100 for shipping. He didn't even read the link to the official canada post rate website I sent him and accused me.
This can be just one interaction with Xchange Zone, but I am very upset and sad about the customer experience. I am not the person who likes to leave negative review as I would like to promote business, but this had to be my first negative review. I was willing to pay more for the shipping, but the person's straight up impoliteness with deceptive attitude (lying about tax) alarmed me.
