Booked an appointment for my first dose vaccination @ 3:45pm Friday July 2nd, showed up a few minutes early and was told to come back at another time as they were closing. I explained that I have an appointment for 3:45pm and it was my first dose. I was then asked where do i live? I provided my address which is just around the block. There was also a young lady sitting down getting her vaccination during this time, and Woods pharmacy doesnt close till 6pm. Ultimately they would not give me the vaccine and I was turned away and asked to book another appointment. Extremely unprofessional, would not reccomend getting a vaccine at this sketchy location.

I got a box of 5 government covid antigen tests there today, having failed to get any at many other pharmacies and grocery stores. (Here, I called and they said yes, we'll have some on Thursday, and they called me back to confirm.) At Shoppers Drug Mart, I could NOT GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE AT ALL.
