From the beginning, Erin's friendliness and calm manner gave us all the confidence we needed. Erin is truly an outstanding photographer (and wonderful person) and we are so happy we chose Woodgate photography to take our engagement photos. We were a little bit nervous before the session, but Erin's professionalism, friendliness and creativity really set the tone for our session. It helped us to relax, focus on the significance of the event and mark the occasion well. It was SO MUCH FUN to work with Erin. We really like how the photographer was so prepared and creative, it was better than our experiences with other photographers. She was comfortable working with our dogs and patient when they had their own ideas of what should be happening. I have a somewhat difficult time smiling naturally in photos, Erin made me feel comfortable and my smile felt more natural as a result. The photographs and experience were better than I have had with other photographers. What I liked most was the combination of a relaxing atmosphere with efficiency. She did our wedding photos and has since done many photos of our kids including newborn, Christmas, and family photos. We have 3 children and she always gets good photos with everyone looking (somehow). I remember back in 2017 we did Christmas photos with our 2 girls. One was crying almost the whole time, tears and all, and Erin was amazing with them. She got so many good photos I purchased more than what was included in my package and you can't tell my youngest was crying. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
