r	renata gl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Videographer missed my whole reception and company didn’t originally want to refund me and made excuses and tried to go around it, until I could actually prove he missed it. Also had to argue for the amount owed, had to provide proof of that as well. They eventually refunded me but took a long while to even do so and had to email them various times, was very annoying and unprofessional. As for the actual videos and photos, other than the fact I have no video of me walking down the aisle or any of my reception, I think they could have done a better job. I requested things like pictures of my husband seeing me walk down aisle and all are from a far, can’t see close ups of his face, only got my back walking down the aisle, just things like that. I expected more for the price that was paid. Some photos were great, will give them that but not enough for me to be satisfied. Also the wedding video they gave us at the end was not as great as the samples they showed us. Overall not happy with this service and would recommend you save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

After looking around, I had a fear we would need to compromise on what we wanted to stay on budget, then we found Under the Umbrella! Not only did they have an incredible team and portfolio, they had the vision we were looking for and were able to do the full day of photos and video within our budget, you really can't beat them! Jamie, Avery and the team were amazing! We loved having them at our wedding and guests commented on how amazing they were and how much fun they were as well! We are so glad we went with them and that we have incredible memories through photos and video of our big day! 100% recommend them!
