This is a senior's home. There are lovely caretakers and nurses around. In case of emergency, the ambulance is quick to come rescue. Unfortunately, there is no big park as their location is limited by the train tracks. Beside it will built brand new townhomes.

We would like to thank Sheetal at Woodbridge Vista for her perseverance at helping our mother in obtaining a quality wheelchair , desperately needed for her daily functions. Sheetal was extremely helpful in selecting the right type of wheelchair. We appreciate the support being provided by Woodbridge Vista for our mother Irena K. Sheetal you should be congratulated for your dedication to improve the quality of care of our senior citizens. You are a wonderful example of dedicated professional. If I could give them zero I would. The administrator makes constant excuses and pretends she is working on making things better. Very convincing but you soon learn the lies. Residents and their families have to supply things that should be provided. They cut corners. Bring your loved ones elsewhere.

MINUS star rating here, Cannot post with no star rating. When family members have to live everyday with the emotional memory of a loved one dying in agony from a neglected bedsore those memories will never go away. Especially for the one living with dementia who couldn't express the pain he was suffering.

Dysfunctional. Shut the place down. Most staff don’t care. Only a few that actually care and my heart out to them. But when they wrong you, the company will cover it up for as long as possible and make you fight to you are blue in the face. And severely understaffed long before Covid.

Sienna Senior Living is a disgusting organization. They have failed seniors and families in the most significant way. Their entire corporate culture is to deceive families and make them think that they have things under control. Why is it that 3 of their facilities have been taken over by the government? They have been neglecting, abusing and starving our greatest generation. Which was proven by our very own military! Joanne Dykeman Executive VP showed her true colours on a update call with families. Cold, callous and laughing at families!! Joanne Dykeman and the rest of the board of directors and senior management should be brought up on criminal charges. The biggest shame our country has ever witnessed.

This senior home is very dysfunctional. The staff treat seniors with the bare minimum decency. The management is horrible, and Always changing because they are incapable. The military came to help and have the exact same outlook on this senior home, they were very disappointed. And I was WRONGLY fired from this company in the mist of it they threw out my orthopaedic work shoes that helped with my back.

This is a good care community providing an excellent PPE. I as an RPN received 4 days orientation and two days regular work. Nurse managers are excellent but the orientation time for new graduate is so short. They cancelled off my contract after I received orientation and two days work. The reason was "unable to administer medication and do treatments in a timely manner without the assistance and support of 2 RNS". The management is tough and quick in making decision. This quick decision and not discussing the issue with the employee is a very weak point of this organization which make organization incompetent and inefficient. Cancelling contract in this pandemic with shortage of nurses is not an excellent solution. The management instead should think about this and come up with a good strategy. For instance, they can provide better orientation and training to the newly hired staff and also should offer continuous support and on the job training. I provided my feedback based on fact and my experience, Not Emotional. Hope a safe and quality environment for our nice resident and the staff of Woodbridge Vista Care Community.
