He kept us very informed throughout every stage of our search (application process, utilities arrangement, key handover from owner). He was always available to respond to any inquiries that we had as well as provide clarification on any information that was unclear, which is important when you intend to get into a rental house.  I would highly recommend TARN as he is very knowledgeable, attentive to individual needs, takes the time to understand what you are looking for, extremely professional and very approachable.We would highly recommend TARN’s real estate services.

I called to inform about a property I was interested in as a potential buyer. He answered the phone in a very rudely matter and after I asked some important questions he told me to go look elsewhere and hung up the phone. This is unacceptable behaviour and a very unprofessional individual. He needs to learn manners and be coached by this brokerage about customer service. Make sure you avoid this person at all costs if you’re seriously interested in a property.

I really appreciated how you were on top of things and how you kept me informed every step of the way. I was impressed with your marketing.The photos and videos were very professional. Morres has a lot of contacts, we had back to back viewings all day long for 2 days straight. We had multiple offers and through Morre's expertise we exceeded our expectations. My house sold for $240,000 over asking in 2 days! At only 1 percent commission! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORRES!

Calls only go to his voicemail (never picks up) and uses multiple offices so that he can never be reached or contacted. Ajay Shah and his 1400 thieves! Good reviews are from his employees and agents who help him rob clients.

Firstly, he didn’t even show up - he sent someone else who didn’t know what was going on. Second, the space that was advertised (downstairs & upstairs with 5 offices and open work space, kitchenette, etc) had already been mostly rented and there were only a couple of offices downstairs available. To top it off, they had already been there long enough to put their own signage up (exterior & interior), and when I asked Pradeep about what happened, he responded with “I thought you knew.” I asked why the posting still had everything and he said “I thought I took it down.” Long story short, wasted mine and two of my partners time by misrepresenting a commercial unit for lease and tried to say it was my fault.
