★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a note for a product request after not being able to speak to someone at the branch. While it says leave a voicemail there never does come the opportunity to leave a voicemail. Then I called the supplemental number that they mention and that number is out of service. Finally, I sent a request through the website of the head office which came back asking me to resubmit a message to the proper branch. Instead of forwarding. Not great service.
