★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to pick up a few things to keep my hobby going during this current virus outbreak.
I felt guilty to go for such a thing but the staff could not have been more helpful. They made me feel at ease. I did not shop around, I went directly to things I needed and left. So organized are the staff with client control, distance markers and hand washing but above all they offered smiles and made you feel welcome. So much respect for these employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday, Feb the 26th, we encountered a misunderstandings at Rona. I made a complaint to Rona's customer service. No more than one hour after the event. I received an email from the director on Saturday evening; he was eager to rectify the situation. I met up with him on Monday, February 28th. He went over and above what I would have ever expected to accommodate me. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and his sense of customer service. Honestly, I haven't seen that kind of devotion in a really long time. Thank you, Mr.Lagrange, for your dedication on making your store top notch in customer service.
