★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En me renseignant sur une propriété que j'aimerais visiter parmi d'autres dans la région convoitée, M Dalbec indique qu'il ne travaille pas avec des clients qui travaillent avec d'autres agents. Il dit avoir 25 ans d'expérience et pas de temps à perdre. C'est juste que personnellement je travaille sans agent. Donc quand une propriété m'intéresse, j'appelle l'agent inscripteur. De plus, pour tester mon sérieux, il me questionne sur mon intérêt sur la région.
Une vraie joke!
Je suis franchement désolé pour les propriétaires qui tentent de vendre une propriété avec lui ou son bureau. J'ai même appelé au bureau pour me plaindre auprès du patron pour apprendre que c'est M Dalbec lui-même qui en est le patron.

A real joke!
I am frankly sorry for the owners who are trying to sell a property with him or his office. I even called the office to complain to the boss to learn that it is M Dalbec himself who is the boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Royal Lepage Mont-Tremblant and realtor Sebastien Turgeon was very negative. They fraudulently misrepresent the number of bedrooms in their property listing in order to inflate the value. As a result I lost both time and money, please avoid, as they cannot be trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of our friends at the mountain recommended Paul Dalbec. We spent one morning with him touring the many different condo units on the mountain. After getting to know us better, he suggested that we visit 360 Le Maître, a new development on le Maître golf course situated less than 10 minutes from the mountain. By doing so, he forfeited a bigger commission. This tells me that Paul has his clients best interest in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beeing a customer from Europe, we were looking for a house in the Tremblant aerea. With little experience about the region and the local housing market, we needed professional help.
After speaking with different agents we finally decided to work with RoyalLePage. Being bilingual (with some additional german words) we found with Mr. Paul Dalbec a very professional and experied agent. Finally found a house, and could close the deal. For us was very important to find contacts to local buisiness (snowremoval, carpenter, property management, etc.) Mr. Dalbec was very helpful in giving us references, based on his experience.
Contact is still existing with RoyalLePage, gives us the good feeling, being a "long term" customer.
Would we use the agent again? Yes, 100% satisfied!

We dealt with paul dalbec, he was professional and extremely knowedgeable. He was successful in selling our cottage and finding us a lakefront lot to build our dream retirement home. He set realistic expectations for us and worked closely to ensure we were happy along the way. Thank you to Paul and the team, see you at the ski hill !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dealt with Royal Lepage Tremblant on two occasions and were very much impressed. Paul Dalbec is a real professional, we were looking for a place and really didn't know the area so he took the first meeting to show us around which helped enormously. He understood what we needed and after a few visits we were ready to buy. He negotiated for us and even when there were some problems with the vendor he fixed them. The sale went very well.
A few years later we wanted to sell and again he did a great job and we sold in five days and we got our price.
