★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 25 minutes to get a ride from a hotel in st-jovite to.the casino. Thats fine...but when it was time to leave the casino, we waited over an HOUR for a cab. This is ridiculous! We've seen the other company taxi Express pick up 2 clients in that time frame. If we ever choose to come back to tremblant, we will not call this company!! The driver of our cab was very distracted as well. Not happy..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was charged CAD12.50 for a ride from mariott hotel to my apartment that was 5 minutes from my pick up location. The next morning, i hired another taxi from the same company from my apartment back to Mariott hotel and I was charged CAD 25. The driver did not follow the meter in the morning and when I called the company to rectify the issue and to explain to me their pricing model, they hung up on me. I highly discourage the use of their service. Partners of this local taxi firm should definitely reassess the suitability of having this unethical company represent their hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cab company is absolutely terrible. I’ve had better cab experiences in a small town with only one cab driver than this company.
If you do not speak French, don’t bother calling them. Anyone you speak to will either hang up on your when you start speaking English, or be completely rude for no reason. They also blocked all three of our phone numbers. We called at 6pm from our hotel and they refused us. We ended up driving our vehicle down and planned on leaving it in the parking lot and taking a cab back. They told us they’d be there in 10 minutes to pick us up. 20 minutes later, we called again, had our number blocked. Called on another phone, they yelled at us and said that we never ordered a cab to where we were. Once again, didn’t show up.
DO NOT EVER CALL THEM. Absolutely atrocious and I can’t even begin to comprehend how disgustingly rude they are. One star is even too much of a rating for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible service. We asked for two taxi and one never showed up. We had to split the group and some of us waited and kept calling them for over 40 minutes. Got rude answers and "it's not our fault ". We missed a booked activity due to that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a taxi. We had a mix up with our address, and when we gave our correct hotel address they threatened not to pick us up. We finally met up with the driver and I’ve never been so scared for my life. The driver was going so fast that we were literally holding on to the seats so that we were not falling over. All around a very rude and unpleasant experience, and call we’ll in advance because their arrival estimates are very inaccurate!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver hit my boyfriend with the mini van when taking off after dropping us off at our destination. The entire ride, his driving was reckless and fast, and upon arrival at the casino, my boyfriend got out to pay the driver, walked away and the driver sped off without lifting his head, hit my boyfriend and hit the breaks when he realized he was in front of the car crossing. Luckily he was not hurt, but driver simply drove off without getting out to see if he was okay, whereas staff rushed to see if he was hurt. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Driver was very disrespectful and rude after we expressed our 1 hour wait time, he then kicked us out of the cab for no reason and left us to walk in the cold. These guys should not have a license to operate.
Two of us were women who were not dressed for the cold, I’ve never been so disrespected.
