Il y a 1 mois j' ai fais appel avec eux pour ma laveuse, le réparateur tres sympathique et professionnel arrive avec les pièces sauf une autre piece etais defec. Mais il l' avais ds son camion ( boite ouverte) et ma fais un rabais.
Il aurais pu me rien dire.
Et cette semaine ma cuisinière j' appel lundi et viennent ajd ne peux réparer mais vont essayer de faire le mieux qu' il peuvent d' ici a vendredi
Nous sommes très chanceux d' avoir une compagnie dédiée comme ca ds notre coin.
Lâcher pas les filles a la réception et ceux qui sont sur la route.

1 month ago I called with them for my washer, the very friendly and professional repairman arrived with the parts except for another part that was defective. But he had it in his truck (open box) and gave me a discount.
He could have told me nothing.
And this week my cook I call on Monday and come ajd can not fix but will try to do the best that he can by Friday
We are very fortunate to have a dedicated company like this in our corner.
Don't let go of the girls at the reception and those on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai acheté un élément pour mon four. Il n’a pas servit rendus chez moi car finalement c’était un trouble électrique. Ils n’ont pas voulus reprendre mon élément. En plus je leur ai acheté un congélateur à 900$ cet automne. Pas super avec leur clients… c’est dommage ça devrait être spécifié quand on achète l’article qu’ils ne le reprennent pas…
I bought an element for my oven. It was not used at home because ultimately it was an electrical problem. They didn't want to take my item back. Plus I bought a $900 freezer from them this fall. Not great with their customers... it's a shame it should be specified when you buy the item that they don't take it back...

A serviceman arrived promptly at my cottage, agreed with her analysis, replaced the part, and was gone within fifteen minutes. My refrigerator has been working since then without any issue.
