★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice office supply store, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The size of the store is big for the size of the town it's in. Also it is a drop off for used toner, ink cartridges and small batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a chromebook here - they sell asus chromebooks and I was told it wasn't the clerk's fault my dog ate my powercord, that they don't carry the cords in store despite being the only ones in the area selling the product and go find it on amazon. Can't find the power cord anywhere...Didn't even offer to help me look for it on their instore tablet and help me order it. Very rude. Basically fend for yourself. Regret the purchase 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone all over town looking to print a project a certain way, this was the only place that was able to help me instantly (like 15 minutes to print about 100 copies and cut to size and wasn't expensive either. Excellent service. I had gone to the new printing place in the town and they kept telling me my image was to dark which it was not (a graphic artist had designed it), that was their excuse for not being able to pull it off, after they had my project for an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just drove 30 km to get a specific notebook for my son because it's only available at this location. Arrived at 6:18 pm thinking I had plenty of time because hours are till 7pm tonight (Tues) according to store site and Google. I see employees locking up so I ask aren't you open until 7 and one says no that's the old schedule and the other curtly responds that it's not them who manage that and walks on towards her vehicle. Zero effs were given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff and generally speaking a good selection but honestly the computer department doesn't match other Staples stores since they don't stock a lot of basic products, the limited selection of parts and upgrades is quite annoying; as example they don't have any RAM for any system or even common SATA cables so don't expect to find any serious business & networking items.They have mostly consumer grade laptops and PC's, "stuff" that mom and pops should enjoy but not great for businesses.
I was thinking the point of staple was to be businesses friendly but I guess I'm stuck in the 90's.
