★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jai eu un rendez vous pour faire prendre les mesures d une fenetre ils ne ce sont jamais venus et ils n ont pas crus bon de m appeler.donc jai telephoner le lendemai en explaquant et on etais suposer me rappeler le lundi suivant ce qui na pas ete fait jai donc rappeler en m expliquant encore et on ma repeter la meme chose ....on va vou reppeler.....devinez quoi ils ne mon pas rappeler remarque jai toujours ete tres polis et ca dure 3 semaines sans retoud d appel servie POURIS!!?
I had an appointment to make the measurements of a window they never came and they did not think good to call me. So I phoned the next day explaquant and we were suposed to call back the following Monday what did not I'm done so remind me explaining still and I repeat the same thing .... we will call you back ..... guess what they do not remind me remark I've always been very polite and it lasts 3 weeks without retoud d call served FUCK !!

When I went to their store, the owner rushed to get my opinion on the accessibility of his store. Fifteen minutes of discussions, a plan was made. Promises are made that the slope will be installed within a week. I can't wait to validate his commitment.
Inform me about the realization of this slope. I will not be returning to Tremblant until September. I could add a star to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought in patio screen door to put 4 new wheels/ spring system. Paid approximately $100. Brought door home.. unable to install as wheel gap to frame was 1”. Wheels would not stay extended out. Brought back and was told they could not fix this. We brought it to another company, paid $20 and they were able to fix in 10 minutes. The spring that was put in was defective for one of the 4 wheels. You be the judge.
