★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Hanna is a very patient and polite Doctor. For almost 2 years I was going to visit him for a few different concerns. Although it seems that they are not as meticulous on the follow up. I waited almost 5 weeks to find out they forgot to send my paperwork to the specialist. (Ankle injury and it was impacting my day). Once I called to follow up he had seemed to scramble and when straight out asked he did admit they dropped the ball. No issue as mistakes happen and he offered to “Fill out insurance forms you need to make up for it no charge.” Seeing how I had moved at this point I emailed them over at his direction. Weeks go by and no follow up again. At which point they magically received the forwarded email over the phone. I heard him mutter something to the effect of “Oh it’s cause it wasn’t filled out”. Now it’s been yet again a couple weeks with no follow up. Please don’t offer to make up for a mistake by helping and then again delay the process causing me more money out of pocket and time. I don’t even feel like calling back to see if the form was actually sent this time as I asked for a confirmation in which they said they would send. Would not recommend for any treatments that require follow up. Extremely disappointed as my trust in you as a healthcare establishment has no costed me more money and delayed my recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best clinics in the city! Dr. Zayani is a phenomenal physician, I've been a patient of his since 2015 and he's never been rude or upset during an appointment. I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients and their health. The girls at reception are so kind, especially the manager Nikki!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here since it opened. I followed my doctor zyani here,. But got passed off to dr. Salem alzadam.. today I requested a prescription refill but they would not help me unless I could make it before , and I live 1 hour out of town and have 4 kids at home and it's now 2. I asked if there was something else or why they cannot just fax a refill to a pharmacy near me. I have been on this same medication for 1.5 years. And now today I will not be taking it because they will not send me a refill. I have to live with out until she can fit me in, and I cannot because I am homeschooling with 4 kids ranging 6 months old all the way to 9. I thought we are not supposed to crowd the doctor office? No compassion. I used to love it here and the reception. But not anymore. I came to the city just to come here because I like the service. Well not anymore. rude front desk staff with no compassion should not be working in a doctor office.
Update: Ended up finding an online doctor (free with Alberta health care, download app called "maple")who had the prescription at a pharmacy near me within 10 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst clinic to go to. Would not recommend this to anyone I know, ever. My first visit I waited an hour and a half before I got into a room to see the doctor. My second visit they changed my appointment time from 4:45 to 4 o’clock. I ended up waiting past 4:45 and then left before even being seen by the doctor. Such a joke. No time management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff named mikey or nikki is so rude and impatient... they put me on hold and I was patiently waited but when she talk to me back she is on a rush and not listening to my concern of my booking, and I am still talking then she just put me on hold... I am so much upset, doctor Zayani is our family doctor and he is a really good doctor. I am expecting that the staff will be nice and friendly...
