β β β β β Third order in a row where I ordered my meal with rice, and got noodles instead- I can't eat the noodles so I confirmed that it was with rice before leaving. I was assured it was with rice. Very disappointed. Mistakes happen so I thought I'd try them again. But 3 times in a 2 week span is ridiculous.

β β β β β I have never ate such terrible and rancid wonton soup. Wontons tasted like playdoh and had a peculiar flavour to the soup. Not to mention, took over an hour to get my food. A soup. A simple, bloody soup

β β β β β If you want good food, never order from this restaurant. Food came after 2 hrs. Food was soggy n didn't taste good. Complaint but was told nothing can be done. First N last time ordered food from windermere wok box ?

β β β β β My husband and I love Wok box, for several months I have ordered this one and the meals are not good. Did not put all the ingredients inside or when you paid extra did not give it to you. his situations happen with each order. their portion is now too small. The ingredients are missing. In addition they refuse to reimburse you. if you order this wok box I advise you to take another wok box you will see the difference.
In the photo I was to receive a fully loaded fries. it contains: fries, chicken, bacon, cheese, green onion, all I received is the chicken ..... it happened several times and they refused to reimburse me .

β β β β β Love the food, always hot and fresh. They also deliver via "skip the dishes" which is handy. The service at this location is quick and friendly. I really like the ginger beef rice bowl and jungle lemongrass with chicken. I usually ordered the regular size, and I am pretty full. For me, it's enough portion and I usually eat lots of food.

β β β β β The hours of operation on google are NOT accurate! Went there shortly after 10pm tonight and it was closed. 2am? Ya right :( I really enjoy wok box but I feel led on and betrayed quite frankly.

β β β β β Donβt go here at night. Not sure about the day staff but the night guy hates his job and doesnβt follow simple instructions. I asked for the chicken to be well done and he cooked it and handed to me under 2 minutes. Chicken looks like it wasnβt even cooked. Its always bad customer service at this location.

β β β β β Its good sometimes and sometimes its not good. The front staff guy was rude and you coming in to order he prob hates you too. I spend 25 bucks and they cant even put enough sauce in the container for the green onion cakes.. what on EARTH kind of business are you trying to run here? NEVER coming back forget it. I gave you guys so many chances and its worse every time. Who hires these people?
