We intend to stay with James as our company evolves and we open offices in different cities. We are currently in Montreal (but incorporated in AB) and it has been a breeze communicating via email and phone.

β β β β β I found that this company's service and experience is excellent and very professional. I have had our wills updated after the birth of our first child and it was completed within a very short time at a competitive rate.
We have also received legal advice for other minor things such as motor vehicle infractions as well as issues with builders with our new house. Both issues were resolved and ended up costing less than if we did not go with the Lawyer.
So in summary I would highly recommend this company.

β β β β β I recently required the services of both David Ferr and James Kadavil and while Iβve heard a lot of horror stories about dealing with lawyers, this was not the case for me at all. Everyone at the office from the front desk to the lawyers themselves were very friendly and caring and made me feel secure that my problems were in good hands. During the most stressful time in my life I was happy to know that I was a priority to them. When it came to all the actual legal work, David and James were both knowledgeable and reliable and able to get things done in the short timespan that I needed. I canβt recommend this office and staff enough for anyone in search of a good lawyer with their expertise.

I have had some bad luck when referring my customers and friends to previous Law firms where their quality of customer service was lacking. Consequently, a lot of negative feedback was echoing back to me.
Ever since I refer my clients and friends to Heritage Law, I have not heard any complaints. Some have mentioned that James Kadavil was very accommodating with their schedule and timeline.
I would definitely keep referring all my clients to Heritage Law.
