★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assez satisfait, sauf pour l'espace client sur votre site Web... Il semble traduit en français de façon bizarre, j'ai même vu un mot en espagnol...!
Mais ce qui fut désagréable, c'est le processus pour s'inscrire aux paiement automatiques dans l'espace-client... J'ai suivi le processus, ensuite un message m'a confirmé que j'étais inscrit, mais j'ai reçu en meme temps un autre message (e-mail) me disant le contraire... Donc j'ai attendu jusqu'à la date du paiement automatique, pour me rendre compte que ça ne fonctionnait pas... J'ai dû me désinscrire... et encore là, j'ai reçu deux messages contradictoires... J'ai donc appelé pour me faire annuler le frais de retard et m'assurer que j'étais bien désinscrit du mode de paiement automatique... Et même là je n'étais pas certain que ce fut complété correctement...

 Quite satisfied, except for the customer area on your website... It seems to be translated into French in a weird way, I even saw a word in Spanish...!
But what was unpleasant was the process for registering for automatic payments in the customer area... I followed the process, then a message confirmed that I was registered, but I I received at the same time another message (e-mail) telling me the opposite... So I waited until the date of the automatic payment, to realize that it was not working... I had to unsubscribe... and again, I received two contradictory messages... So I called to have the late fee canceled and to make sure that I was unsubscribed from the automatic payment method... And even then I was not sure that it was completed correctly...

J'ai envoyé des emails et appelé plus de 10 fois et à chaque appel j'ai passé des heures au téléphone à expliquer la situation. A chaque appel on me promet de faire le nécessaire. Ca fait 9 mois que ça continue. Ils n'honorent pas leur contrats, ne s'intéressent pas à la satisfaction des clients et facture encore plus cher à chaque mois avec des augmentations que vous ne pouvez pas discuter. Ils s'intéressent seulement à trouver des clients et facturer plus cher chaque mois. On devrait pouvoir leur demander des intérêts pour le montant qu'ils nous doivent de la même manière que si nous payons en retard ils nous facturent des intérêts.
For more than 9 months, I have been waiting for the credit stipulated in our contract to be applied to my account. I emailed and called over 10 times and on each call I spent hours on the phone explaining the situation. On each call I am promised to do what is necessary. It's been going on for 9 months. They don't honor their contracts, don't care about customer satisfaction, and charge more every month with increases you can't argue with. They are only interested in finding customers and charging more each month. We should be able to charge them interest on the amount they owe us in the same way that if we pay late they charge us interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointing service, the container was supposed to be delivered early in the morning, after several calls & moving from one agent to another , I was informed, container will be delivered at the end of the day instead! I had to cancel the container, and send the staff home , (As I had 4 employees hanging around doing nothing for the full day), Then 2 hrs after cancellation WM call me, to confirm the container will arrive later in the day, for such a big company, i would expect a little more organization skills. Also I had a credit with the company for several months, that my credit card was not credited (i am waiting for the credits on all the pending issues.
