★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were unfortunately not happy with our experience with Conteneur Rose. As you can see from the photo, they damaged our driveway with their container. When they picked it up, the driver said, "oh, they didn't put wood down?" and just shrugged. We sent them a polite message expressing our concern and communicating the issue. They then called my wife, telling her how low their margins were, they blamed our driveway for being thin, and said, "if you booked online you would have seen a message telling you how to protect it". Well, we booked by phone and nobody communicated anything about this. They refunded us $30, which is frankly offensively low considering the cost of the damage caused.
I do want to say that the person who dropped off the container was very, very friendly, and all other aspects of our experience were positive. but damage is damage. I see a lot of comments about positive customer experience, but we unfortunately didn't feel they took a client-oriented approach in dealing with an issue borne from their lack of communication. If you're looking for a waste container, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Oh yes, they wanna give me a 100$ discount. I refused. Emmm…so much. When I say I just wanna the damage be repaired instead of money, they said a 100$ discount is all they can do. And they said I should call my home insurance.
They said repairing the damage is not reasonable request. Funny.
