★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. DO NOT sign a contract with them. They regularly won't pick up the garbage and they make up excuses why they can't come. They don't fulfill the contract and they won't let you cancel.

I am now dealing with a lawsuit with them, because they decided to sue my company. 15 years in business and not a single lawsuit against my company.
RCI, you should win an award for the worst customer service and service.
Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alert to all!! To all people looking for a waste management company for you business or condo STAY AWAY from RCI. We pay a pretty penny for their services once a week. Last month they missed 4 weeks of service. The garbage containers were overflowing and with the heat, the smell was unbearable. I tried countless times to call, leave messages and emailing them. Each time they promessed a truck would come but never did.
Many voicemails went unanswered, I had to call over 20 times to even get a call back. It was honestly hell dealing with their non existing customer service.
Currently trying to get reimbursed for the 4 weeks without service. Again they are not calling me back or reply to my emails.
7 year contract is real and will not let you break it. I am organizing a collective law suit against this and will advise all reviewers here to share their experiences. I have no idea how they are still in business.
Dispicable service. Too bad there is no zero star rating. All these comments are on point about being THE WORST company ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the worse. Messed up schedule and now I have more than a month of trash and no one will pick up. NOT HEALTHY!!!!
The worst services I have ever experienced. Spent endless amounts of my time trying to resolve problems with RCI ENVIRONNEMENT. I would give them a 0- if I could. I am paying triple what I paid last year and have the worst service possible. The garbage is overflowing because they never show. My manager in the apartment building has to call them 4 and 5 times to get them to come out. I asked for a credit and suddenly they can't find all the times they missed so they will call me back. Never get a call back until they call a month later to add on a unjustified fees.
They are the worst co. imaginable. I hope you will stop your business so I don’t have to do business with you.
Their customer service is useless and non existent.
