So, I compared all the prices, coverages, and reviews before deciding WISP was the best option for our family. It was a simple choice considering we needed a lot of upload and download speeds to make all the daily taskts such as running an online business from home and schooling doable. Before we signed up for the WISP Express plan, we had to make a schedule for internet usage and disconnect completely if someone had a video call. With over 100 Mbps download and up to 20 Mbps upload, we have had a fantastic connection ever since. I have to add that the customer support center works flawlessly, and they were very kind and professional!

I had a problem connecting my router after my husbend did some building work in the house, and your support was extremely patient and helpful. The agent explained all the steps and waited while i tried (and succeeded) to reconnect. Amazing!

The agent on the phone was more than capable of explaining all the technical terms to me (a complete newbie), and they worked so fast to get my home connected and online. This decision was a no-brainer for me with no bandwidth limits and no contract. The agents were extremely kind and professional, and the prices were affordable too.

The speed of the internet is phenomenal, and the TV service works flawlessly. I even upgraded my plan when we had to work from home, and the transition went smoothly - we were online in a matter of minutes. We needed a reliable internet connection for the important video calls while working from home, and WISP made it happen!
