He was very friendly and had no problem answering all of my questions ( which I had a lot of). He looked out for me and ensured that I got the best deal. All I can say is that if you need a place that will be very kind and help you find a plan that’s the best deal ask for John!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location was amazing! The sales associate John went above and beyond to help me upgrade my broken phone at no extra costs. He even scored me a better plan for less than what I paid before. He was very polite and eager to get me the best deals. I use to always go to Fido for all my upgrades but I can definitely say I will only be going back to see John now. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I love my new phone, plan and all the awesome goodies I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to the mall to buy shoes for my 10 years old kid and walking by wireless wave a gentleman name John was very pleasant and not pushy I asked a question about a couple of cellular phones and he answered all of my questions, and if he wasn't sure about something he would look into it right away and reconfirm (he was very honest) something hard to find this days.....after John explaining for 45 minutes the difference in between this phone and that phone I said thank you for the education and he said we are here to help....from there on I was more like , can you put something together for me and he went over and above to help me safe money......I just to personally thank John a complete stranger that has a great heart and loves his job as much as he loves to help people complete strangers and go over beyond and above for any one.....I left wireless wave in shock because of the great customer service provider by John......all I say again and again is John you are amazing!

Sam took lots of time explaining everything to me so I understood it all. He was very patient with me. Sam worked with Rogers to get me a great plan and phone that was right for me. I’d definitely recommend Sam to other people needing a phone.

These guys go out of their way to find the best deals, frequently beating what service providers were directly offering - and then some! The process is not overwhelming since make it a point to explain things in a simple and direct way. Overall, always a pleasant experience!
