β β β β β Excellent customer service! Keegan was incredibly helpful, patient, polite, knowledgeable... Amazing experience all around. I spoke with him on the phone and he answered all of my questions. In store he was courteous and the most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. I will definitely be going back to him when I need cell phone help or repair again. A really wonderful experience!! Thank you!

β β β β β I visited Mobile Klinik today to purchase a new phone and was very impressed with how good the service was.
I was particularly pleased to see how customer driven Keegan and Siden were. They truly understand the meaning of customer first, They did not have my phone in stock but they did not hesitate to pick it up from another of their locations and I had it within a couple of hours.
Both employees took the time to understand my needs and then recommend what was best.
Great service , great people.

β β β β β Very knowledgeable and professional, also if you didnβt know they provide free cleaning for your phones charging jack, I was very pleased with the service, exceeded my expectations and was completed very quickly. I will definitely be recommending Mobile Klinik to anyone who will listen, especially the Fiesta Mall Location as that is the location I went to. Thanks again!

β β β β β The team is Very friendly, fast and they care about the customer. This is the first time I see ladies work in fixing mobile phones (bravo!), they are very professional! They are very helpful and they took the time to explaine to me what's wrong with my phone. My phone now is performing better than when I bought it!. I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this shop if you need to fix your mobile phone.

β β β β β What an amazing experience in a bad situation! Chana and Sedan were the best. I had a broken screen on my cell phone and everywhere was out of stock. They seem to be prepared for anything. For repair techs it's clear they have a ton of experience and knowledge, absolute professionals. They stayed an hour late past opening to follow through on a promise when it wasn't necessary. I will refer all my friends. They are beautiful people inside and out ?β€

β β β β β The family and I have been here 3-4 times for various repairs and diagnostics. The staff is always very helpful, thorough and concise in explaining what the issue is and how they will fix it and how you can prevent it. Most recently I was in for moisture detection in my charge port preventing me from charging my phone with a wired connection. This also affected my fast charging. I brought my phone in and Chana the employee helping was very friendly and professional, as well as knowledgeable about the issue at hand. She wasted no time in recognizing the issue and implementing a solution right away. She was informative about preventative measures I could take and at home solutions I could employ if I faced this issue again. Would highly recommend to snooze looking for any mobile purchases or repairs. Prices are also fair and we have never had to return after a repair. 5/5

β β β β β My husband recently went into this establishment on Sunday to get my daughters phone fixed. He explained to me the two female staff members were very helpful and took my daughter's phone as a priority since she needed it for school the next day. They stayed 30 minutes past closing to fix her phone. Amazing customer service! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job, being efficient and your professionalism.

β β β β β Incredible service. I've cracked my phone screen twice now ??ββοΈ (thank goodness for my device insurance added on to my phone plan) and brought it here both times. Everyone I've dealt with has been super friendly and knowledgeable, and my device has been ready for pick up within a couple hours, good as new. Hopefully I can manage to keep my phone intact and I don't find myself becoming a regular here ?, but there's no place I'd rather go to get my phone fixed.
