★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this location for almost 4 years. They are very knowledgeable in a wide variety of devices. They are always very easy to reach, always return my calls and are always professional whenever I am talking to them.
I moved away from Hamilton but I still come back whenever I am in the area for anything cell phone, computer and TV related.

I got my phone screen fixed here, and the phone was returned with the touch not working. When I called the manager asked me to bring it back in. I dropped the phone off to be looked at, I had specifically said I do not want to pay any extra money, as it would be more beneficial to get a new phone and I had already paid $200 for a broken phone screen.
They called me with news that a $50 factory reset would be needed and they could give it to me for $35. They also mentioned that the touch screen was working fine. I know this was untrue, and I would not have brought it back in if it was. I have also done factory resets on my phone before so I would not have needed to pay for this.
They went ahead and did the factory reset without my permission and when I refused to pay they said they will not return my phone and they are going to call the police on me.
I still have not gotten the phone back.
In the process I received lots of disrespect and being screamed at over the phone. Seems like this is one of the lower quality company’s that collect as many nickels and dimes from their customers as they can and do not provide quality work in return. I’m not interested in giving this company anymore money but that seems it is the only way to get my phone back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Selina was so kind and answered all the questions I had. I had a 12 pro and it was ready in 45 minutes with a very reasonable price. Cheaper than the other stores in hamilton. Would definitely go again! They gave me discounts as well since it was my first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a store they just fix everything the guys working there have just made my day and my grandson's day I went there two days back to check my grandson's phone repair they give me really good price I checked with couple store's around there prices were almost $100 more then what direct cell gave me. so I went back today to get it replaced from Direct Cell then just fix iPhone X like it would have straight came from apple store great service. always recommend them to all my friends and Family. They even show people how to put the google review. So that other people can know how good there service was.

I should have checked the reviews before coming to this place. It is absolutely true that they will take as much money from you as they can. I had the manager of the place scream at me over the phone that I was wrong and I owed them x amount of dollars for performing a service that I did not authorize. When I threatened to leave a poor review she tried calling the store as I was in there to keep my phone, and she told me that I would have to take her to court to have it back. Luckily I was able to keep the employees attention on completing my transaction (as he already knew that I was unhappy) long enough to pay the unauthorized fees and get my phone and get out of there! The fees ended up to be $90 for a factory reset that I specifically said I would be able to do myself. I already paid $200 for a screen repair that was returned to me without the touch screen working, and this was what they were supposed to look at and fix for "free". After speaking to friends and co workers I quickly learned that this is the usual for them. Terrible customer service, and fake charges to take as much money as they can from customers. The employee working at the time had confirmed that I did not authorize this as I had been in contact with him originally but there was nothing he could do without manager consent. Had he got to speak to her on the phone before I paid, I'm sure I would have never gotten my phone back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great! I dropped my iPhone and cracked the display. I went in the next day and spoke with Veejay. He said it would be fixed in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. They had it done quickly and good quality work. 3 month warranty on their work.
Thanks guys! I really appreciate your effort. I’d recommend them highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people,super fast,very professional and very good customer service.
They fixed my phone in less than 3 hours its was very badly damaged. Went out with my friend for lunch drop the phone in parking and car run over as I can see the pictures but these folks fixed it in no time without breaking a bank.
Tomorrow I am bringing my daughter's iPad which needs new battery and they said they can fix that too so I am very happy with the service I got from them and phone is working perfectly fine I recommend this store to everyone out there.
