★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually when I go there, the drinks taste really good. But last night, a white employee gave my sister and I awful tasting drinks. My Original Milk Green Tea was watery and tasted like dirty milk. My sister's Pineapple Slush was foamy and the flavour was off. The lady was nice, but she lacked experience and kept referring to books (of recipes, I assume) while making our drinks. She had no idea what she was doing, so there goes $11.84

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my Bubble tea and it is a special treat. But honestly, the prices are way too high for brewed tea with some flavouring...average around $6. $6 for tea!!! I would go there more often if it was more affordable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love bubble tea, but we didn't like the flavor here. It had a weird taste. We ordered Taro n Matcha. It was tasting awful. Giving 2 stars just coz there was only one girl working and she did her best. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow; so I ordered 3 bubble teas from this place (on UberEats) for my little brother's birthday. Unfortunately when I got my order, I only had 2.
I called them right away and let them know, and the lady looked into it for me. She suggested that I may have to take a store credit, but I told her I'd prefer delivery since I paid for delivery and service charges. I ended up completing the UberEats survey and letting them know that I was missing an item and Uber refunded me. I let the shop know I've been refunded, but they insisted on fulfilling the delivery to apologize for their mistake.
Well, not long after I had a ring at my doorbell and someone from the shop showed up with the missing order and 2 additional bubble teas (as per my first order). The person apologized and said the 2 additional bubble teas were gifts for the inconvenience!
You just locked in a customer! Mistakes happen, but I value customer service and conflict resolution so much! No one was rude to me, and everything was resolved within the hour! I'm very impressed and can definitely recommend this place! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Out of nowhere he barged in telling me no we can't do this and that. If someone is simply new to your store you don't have to act like a know it all and be dismissive.
Also the pineapple smoothie was mediocre and tasted like syrup.
