But for some reason, there was a technical issue with processing it, and Sweta managed it professionally and was very knowledgeable about handling the situation. I went home satisfied with the service, new phone and a $300 gift card with some freebies. Thanks, Sweta, for the excellent service, Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cassandra went above and beyond in a quick session to ensure I received every disciunt there was on Black Friday to get the best deal ever! The experience was amazing and all the team appeared very patient and helpful to each one especially the senior that was struggling. The checkin with the QR Code was the best idea ever!! No lining up necessary so was able to shop and take care of business while constantly updated my que on my phone. THANK YOU especially Cassandra!!❤

The two gentlemen who assisted me were both personable and knowledgeable and exceeded both my personal and professional expectations of such a customer service interaction.

I wish they would have a better inventory list and what they are sold out of, would save a lot of people from waiting in line.
