The athletic therapist Madi is very clear with her instructions and gives great athletic help, very fun to chat with and keeps the room alive while also fixing your injuries. She helped me get back into baseball when it was painful to even run.

P	Peter Cohoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a little hard to find the business the first time you go there, because there are no signs. I was assigned to Madison (or she was assigned to me). She told me she had just graduated last June, and I was a little worried that she was inexperienced. However, she spent time doing a history, asked lots of questions, and then started a physical exam. She very quickly found the problem and started treating it. In my case treatment was a combination of massage, stretching, and at home exercises. She explained everything thoroughly and checked often to see if I understood and was in agreement. As my problem improved she branched out to investigate and treat secondary problems that may have existed as a result of the first problem. Madison is down to earth and chatty, but remains professional and focused on patient care. When I questioned how my issue all started, she told me (in the most diplomatic way possible) that I was getting older. Very smooth Madison :) When it came to billing, I expected some issues with the deductible portion of my insurance. Scott sent me an email with numbers, but the invoice was a little confusing. It could be simplified in my opinion. I'm very happy with Madison and my problem seems to be cleared up. It might be nice to meet the owner, Scott, in person. I'm not sure if he''s ever at the office.
