excellent customer service, from placing the order to delivery. The food is very generous in serving size . we moved away for a few years so we did not have the same quantity, so glad to be back. Love the food .

Having gotten tired of the usual grey meat and pink slime at my work, I thought I'd try the exotic asian culinary pleasures that await you at Wings. I ordered a hot and sour soup and a ginger beef. When I arrived home I excitedly dished up some ginger beef and poured some soup in a bowl. I immediately found the ginger beef to be chewy in texture and tough in consistency. The flavour was not bad though. The soup was interesting with all of its shrimp and pork, but didn't taste like any hot and sour soup I'd ever had previously. It didn't smell like hot and sour either, more like thanksgiving gravy. I said the heck with this and scraped my plate of ginger beef into the garbage, along with the soup. I planned on returning the food the next day. The next day I remembered how incredibly friendy the proprietor was upon pickup and felt bad. Maybe I was the problem? I decided to give it another go. I briefly reheated the ginger beef on low in the frying pan and the soup in a pot, also on low heat. The ginger beef as an entire dish was fine and all, except the beef itself was tough and every piece had a little crunch of connective tissue/cartilage. You couldn't even cut through a piece with a fork. I tried with every morsel and couldn't do it! When I inspected the beef with all of the sauce removed it resembled the tail of a large rodent. The soup was suprisingly better the second go, except it is now almost 24 hours later and I still have this foul film in my mouth that no amount of mouthwash will get rid of. It's like a horrible sour bitter taste that's trapped in my mouth. I'm not even joking I'm worried it may never go away. Upon still having consideration of taking the food back I checked the business website. Return and Refund Policy / In General "If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. Also, we will only prepare a second food order in all situation and we will not prepare a third-order replacement." No where does it guarantee satisfaction, where most establishments tend to do this if I'm not mistaken. Not being able to be sure I haven't crossed the 25% threshold I believe I will cut my losses and save my gas. I may store the food in the freezer for inspection in case this taste in my mouth never goes away.

What an absolute waste of skin. The meal for one is $12.95 but if you ask for Ginger Beef, there's a $3.00 surcharge not noted on the menu. Don't get taken in by these liars. The food was never overly good, but this is a rip off. Crispy Crust pizza is a better alternative

Excellent Chinese food. Even though we live in Bridlewood, we make the drive to Woodbine to do take-out. The portion sizes are generous, meaning we have leftovers for the next day. This in turn makes Wings Fine Foods a good value for us.

Food was awesome and speedy delivery. I wish we lived in Calgary so that we could order from them more! Honestly best Chinese I've ever had. Had the beef & broccoli, Cantonese chow mein and sweet and pour with pineapple chicken. All outstanding! And great prices as well!

Amazing blend of western and canton style food. Always warm and friendly staff. While the decor is a little dated, the food more than makes up for it. Noticed a lot of other take out orders while waiting...so I’m assuming it’s a hit for the community residents as well!

We were looking for a place that can satisfy our chinese food craving and we are glad to have found the place. The place looked clean. The food is good with just huge portion of serving size. We still had take home. We ordered dinner for 2 and the dishes were the exact ones that were craving for: spring rolls, mix veggies, ginger beef, and fried rice! That was awesome. The price was also very reasonable and the servers were friendly. We'll definitely go back here again.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful with incredibly pleasant staff! They are a great late night food option, as they are open until 2am (at least on Saturday! I haven't checked for the other days). The food is always fresh and really good. They are a great little location with a lot to offer, with genuinely tasty food. I wish the best for all of them and I hope that they garner more support from locals in the future. As with any small family business, there may be ups and downs in quality. From what I can gather, they seem open to discussing any issues any customer may have in order to improve things for the future. People should take into consideration that restaurants and small businesses are doing the best they can to keep costs down for customers amid rapid inflation. Before you make any damaging review on ANY business, consider that it may financially hinder them from being able to improve in the future. Always discuss your issues with them directly first during these tough times.
