Amazing Service Provided. The Girl who attend you is very professional and at the same time very friendly and Jovial. It was very quick and good experience getting your alteration or dry cleaning needs to be satisfied here. She greets you and understand your concern and provided service accordingly. She also provided me detailed information about pricing and other stuff. She also helped me get my dress altered and my coat dry cleaned on time without any delay. I was having a really bad day but had to get a passport photo taken. I was frustrated and impatient when I entered but the girl working there (I believe her name is Janet?) was so helpful and accommodating, totally changed my mood. She was professional while still being so friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I would definitely go back, in fact I noticed they cut keys here too so when I need that (I’m always losing keys) this will be my spot in the neighbourhood.

I went there to dry clean the jacket of my wife's brand moose knuckle in a light gray colour. The jacket also had one button missing, so I need it for an alteration for that. The girl in charge ( an Asian Lady with short blonde hair wearing glasses) inspected the jacket with me in order to add the request for the button missing and told me that the girl who does the alterations will contact me on Friday of that week to let me know how much will be for adding that missing button. I said "fine no problem" and wait until that Friday because my wife is registered in their database they decided to contact her instead of me. Here is when things got complicated. My wife received a call from another employee of clean planet dry cleaner telling here about a broken sleeve and if she wanted that fixed too, my wife's answer was that broken sleeve wasn't there before and that the only thing it was the button to be fixed (The employee even sent a picture of the jacket with the damage). The employee didn't know what to answer and automatically got nervous that she couldn't talk and said that she will need to talk with her supervisor. It passed two days and my wife went there to check it out what is going on and why she didn't receive any answer about the issue. When she arrived at the place, the Asian girl in charge, that I previously mentioned said that she already told the owner and that he will be reviewing the cameras in order to figure out what happens to the jacket and that she will be receiving a fixed jacket sooner, to that answer my wife's comments was " I don't want a fixed jacket. I want a brand new jacket because my husband gave to you a jacket in good condition just with one little thing to fix. The lady told her why she will not accept it if I'll will be fix it. My wife gave her an example that the lady didn't have any possible answer to give. At the end the lady told her to go next Wednesday to pick up the jacket when my wife arrived of course the jacket wasn't ready, no new jacket also and the only answer was " here is the phone of the owner if you want to complain to him". The funny part of this plot begins when my wife exhausted by the situation with this company decided to call the owner called Gangan. The answer of the guy was that he was doing a research of the fabric used by moose knuckles and that he supposed to contact directly the company to get more details of the fabric. He told her that apparently, it was an issue with the jacket fabric and that he will fix it and returned to her with that amazing answer. My wife response to that was again I don't want a fixed jacket, I want a new jacket because is not my problem that someone decided to clean it in a bad way and damage the jacket. The owner got irritated and said that she will get it next Thursday and that if she wants to take legal actions against him he will accept. Apparently, is not the first time that guy and his amazing company have an issue with a customer and try to escape from the problem. Shame on you. I promise wi I'll not stop until I see that store close.

I recently dry-cleaned two of winter jackets here. One of the best cleaners in downtown Toronto! They have exceptional customer service and are very quick. Highly recommend!
