★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in this building for 1.5 years and so far everything has been great! Sure it does have some small issues like any other building, but overall, it is a great location, close to everything but not as busy as the west end where I used to live. The buildings in this area are not so close to one another as other parts of downtown. Close to DVP but far enough to not be bothered by the noises from it. I live on a high floor and the view is awesome. Did I mention the 'Le Beau' Croissanterie bakery is just in the building and it has amazing croissants and coffee!
