Large triple pane window on second level was a challenge they overcame. Highly recommended. Fair pricing and clean work. Installed all and left with windows sparkling clean.

I started by going to a window store and they tried to tell me that we would not be able to find the cranks we need becasue the windows are so old.... this is an example of them trying to get us to install new window...NOT IMPRESSED... Then I was able to find the Window Repair Guys... I called and explained my situation. He told me he had the cranks...They came out to Winona, assessed ALL the windows in the house. Gave us a quote...and good advise. He is HONEST and only does what is needed. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. He even lubricated all the windows in the house for my parents. Great service!!!! Thanks ❤️

My email inquiry was answered quickly and a quote was given that addressed my choices for repair or remediation of my problem. I chose to have my window vented to get rid of moisture between the panes. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the work and what to expect afterwards was explained in the follow-up brochure. I would recommend this service!

I called outside of regular business hours and still received a prompt, professional and helpful response. The exterior pane of a window on my front door had shattered. Paul provided estimates on a replacement within the hour of me contacting him, and had sourced out an even more affordable solution by next day morning. Paul answered all my questions, even the absurd ones, with professionalism and clarity. I will be recommending Window Repair Guys to all my family and friends in the Niagara Region.

We consulted 4 other window companies and they all said we needed full window change quoting us between $8k-$12k in around 4 months. They all said it couldn't get fixed. And most of them had a hard time honoring their appointments. Not these guys, we contacted them they came the next day and fixed our windows in 15mins for a quite decent price. They were respectful, professional, and overall nice people. We are definitely keeping them in our books.

When we bought our house many windows were cloudy with condensation. We had a few window companies out who wanted to replace everything and throw it all in our landfills, at excessive prices. Then a neighbour suggested Window Repair Guys. They are awesome to deal with, quality work and at a fraction of the price. Our window frames are fine so Paul replaced just the glass. Most window companies don’t tell you this is an option!! We have upgraded approximately 20 windows, half of which are now a year old with no issues. We would highly recommend Paul and the team at Window Repair Guys. Your wallet and the landfills will thank you! They are efficient and great to deal with!
