Research the windows he uses only positive reviews. We are planning to be in our home for a long time and wanted windows which we will have no problems with and if there is a problem it will be solved. Mark and his team plan, book, show up on time, clean up after themselves and also help when other renovation ideas are needed. Mark found an electrician, answered loading bearing beam questions, and introduced me to an HVAC contactor. Marks word is his bond and he really cares about the people he is working with and their homes like it is his own home. Words cannot express how happy I am someone referred me to Mark. I do know I will be hiring Mark to complete our porch, deck and if we get to our fence our fencing. I am relieved to be working with Mark. No problems is a good thing…a very good thing when completing projects and renovations.

Mark and his assistant Will were polite, professional, respectful, and hard working. Unlike the multiple other competitors that I had come out and give me quotes, Mark did not try to upsell me on anything, did not put any pressure on me, treated me with respect, and was considerate of our budget throughout the whole process. Prior to beginning the job, Mark and I communicated multiple times in which he patiently, promptly, and knowledgeably answered my many questions. Mark and his assistant have an excellent work ethic, and it was obvious to me from our very first conversation that Mark believes in complete integrity and full transparency. Mark provides a very high quality product-whose components are all manufactured in North America-at very reasonable prices, and good old-fashioned, top notch workmanship. I cannot recommend Windows and Doors by Mark highly enough!

We are very happy with Marks work, the quality of windows, and how he managed a complicated installation. Before hiring Mark we had quotes by 4 other reputable companies and we chose Mark because of the added value he brings with a carpentry background and high quality Gentek windows. There were some complicated issues during installation which we knew were a possibility and we are very glad Mark handled it. Absolutely the right person for our job. We will be hiring him again for additional work in the near future.
