★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot thank this pharmacist enough. Yesterday I spent 7 hours in the e.r with severe pain, needed a compound cream. The hospital didn't tell me that this is the only pharmacy in brantford that can make it. The pharmacist stayed late, as by the time I got there it was 2 minutes until closing. Such a kind human being.

They had it mixed up and billed to her insurance in an hour. They were very informative and I will definitely be back for anything my family will need.

They are also incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. I had an excellent experience overall. It’s nice to see this level of customer care and a truly caring attitude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so grateful for their kindness and their excellent service! I totally forgot to call in my refill and I didn't get off work until late so when I got there they were closing. The pharmacist re-opened the pharmacy just for me in order to fill my prescriptions so I wouldn't be out for the weekend. The pharmacy team is amazing and I would never go anywhere else! Good luck seeing this kind of service from shoppers drug mart. I Highly recommend them!
