In the past, our family has helped plan and decorate for many friends and families weddings. This made us start dreaming of opening our own event barn, right on our farm, so Ria (being a florist) could work with her passion, flowers! After years of dreaming and planning, we decided to go full steam ahead! So, in January of 2014 we met with an architect and got to work! We have been hosting weddings every summer since 2015 and it has been a dream come true for our family! It has been such a blessing to meet and work with amazing people from all over the province and we love being apart of so many couples special day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough amazing things about Willow Lane Barn! The venue is absolutely beautiful and unique - you'll fall in love with it. Ria was a dream to work with as well! She was personable, kind and informative. Ria was also extremely accommodating throughout all of Covid for our 2020 wedding and when we decided to down size she was very understanding. I highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking about having a wedding or event here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our wedding this summer at Willow Lane Barn and cannot recommend this venue enough. Ria and Ken were amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process. First of all - they were very patient, understanding and professional when it came to covid. They were also accommodating with our decoration/set-up requests, easy to communicate with and showed us endless hospitality. Overall, they largely contributed to making our day the best day ever. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, and beautiful venue! Staff are very friendly and I would definitely recommend getting married or hosting an even here!
The inside is very spacious with many amenities. Bathrooms and clean, and the kitchen has all the utilities you need. Outside the lawns are very well maintained and parking is plentiful.
The barn has a rustic but elegant feel to it, and the location is perfect.
The contracts and wedding options are very fair and the manager was very helpful in making sure our day went amazing!
Would definitely recommend it to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've attended 2 weddings here and the place is gorgeous. Food was amazing too both times I have been here. Well maintained and lots of great places to take photos in and around the property. Well suited for those who want an outdoor wedding with a reception indoors (or even outdoors).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is seriously one of the most beautiful barns/property I've ever seen! Ria and her husband who own the barn and are in charge of booking events there are beyond nice and such a wonderful help! Makes planning my wedding here so much easier and enjoyable! The main area is so open and luxurious (and rustic of course) and there's an upstairs loft in the barn that is so comfy and very personal. I'm so glad to have found this place! It's totally worth it!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willow Lane Barn is such a glorious venue! Situated on a gorgeous private acreage with gorgeous trees and good old prairie fields and a stunning barn! We had a wonderful opportunity to do a boho wedding inspired shoot that was recently published in Confetti Magazine and we are just over the moon on how it turned out! Just look how gorgeous Willow Lane is!!!
