★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allé en personne au magasin faire faire un devis, quand j'ai dis au vendeur que j'allais les installer moi même, il m'a dit que finalement il n'avait pas le temps, qu'il m'enverrai la soumission par courriel. Toujours rien reçu 1 mois plus tard... n'a même pas pris le temps de me montrer leurs produits, il n'y avait pas d'autres client dans le magasin. Tant pis, j'avais 7 fenêtres à changer, je suis allé ailleurs.
Update: le reçois un appel 2 mois et demi plus tard, pas de bonjour, pas d'explication, me demandant si j'avais commandé mes fenêtres, surement à cause de ce commentaire... service client à revoir.
 I went in person to the store to make an estimate, when I told the seller that I was going to install them myself, he told me that finally he did not have the time, he will send me the email submission. Still nothing received 1 month later ... did not even take the time to show me their products, there was no other customer in the store. Too bad, I had 7 windows to change, I went elsewhere.
Update: get a call 2 months and a half later, no hello, no explanation, wondering if I ordered my windows, probably because of this comment ... customer service to review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service une fois que la job est faite MAIS,....cela a été très difficile d'avoir un suivi.
J'ai dû les rappeler à plusieurs reprises afin d'avoir un suivi, simplement pour avoir une soumission.....
Et j'ai encore eu des délais après la soumission pour avoir une date d'installation. Il a fallu que je que je les brasse un peu pour que ça débloque, c'est décevant ?
Good service once the job is done BUT, .... it was very difficult to have a follow up.
I had to call them again and again to have a follow up, just to have a quote .....
And I still had delays after submission to have a date of installation. I had to brew them a little for it to unlock, it's disappointing ?

J'ai acheté TOUTES mes fenêtres l'à il y a 3 ans, il y a quelques semaines en les lavant une d'elles a bloqué en position ''Grande Ouverte'', j'ai appelé pour un appel de service et on m'a répondu qu'ils étaient très occupés, de mettre de la laine minérale et du carton jusqu'au mois de MARS .... Un compétiteur est venu dans l'après-midi.
'' Excel '' certainly not for '' excellent '' after sales service! I bought ALL my windows 3 years ago, a few weeks ago while washing them one of them stuck in the '' Wide Open '' position, I called for a service call and we replied that they were very busy, to put mineral wool and cardboard until the month of MARCH .... A competitor came in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Décevant. Nos boiseries ont été abîmées lors de l'installation des fenêtres, et il n'y a eu aucun effort dans la finition après l'installation. Travail bâclé. Les fenêtres elles-mêmes sont bien, sans plus.
Disappointing. Our woodwork was damaged during the installation of the windows, and there was no effort in the finishing after installation. Botched work. The windows themselves are fine, nothing more.
