Cheryl Williams was my lawyer for my divorce. I have to say, when you're in the midst of dealing with the emotions of a divorce, you may not have the best judgment. She drafted my separation agreement which I later sent back to her with amendments suggested by my ex. Amendments that would have cost me thousands of dollars more had I agreed to them. Cheryl very firmly told me that under no circumstances should I sign that agreement. She didn't beat around the bush. She is kind and gentle, listens to you and makes you feel cared for and at the same time she's tough with you when she needs to be. She was amazing and I couldn't have gotten through it without her. I now have a new partner and didn't hesitate for a second to have her draft my cohabitation agreement. I know that if it wasn't for her expertise I would have ended up in a long court battle with my ex. But I also know that if you do end up in court, she's the lawyer you want. She knows her stuff and she won't be intimidated by anyone. If you're reading this review, look no further. Williams Family Lawyers are top notch.

Nadia was my lawyer...she was helpful, supportive, available and proactive. She recognized how to best protect my daughter in my divorce....its a time when emotionally your broken; but Nadia had our best interest and knew how to best navigate during the hardest time of my life.

My very honest review. I trusted this law firm and they just took advantage.  Cleared the retain fee nothing ever went to court not even a signal paper work was submitted to the courts for filing.   When I retained Nadia, shortly after me and my family all got covid my father was very sick in ICU on ventilator in hospital for over 3 months. You would think they would pause and understand but no. Kept reviewing my file almost every week? and billed me for it.  Why when I wasn't even sending them anything nor communicating?  I got final bill even Nadia Conte (the lawyer) reviewed my file for 5 hours! Billing me almost $2000.00 then sends me a bill stating I owe her more money and I need to send her more money if I want to keep her as my lawyer. She and her team are incompetent got nothing done for me all that was ever done was send out one email to the person I'm trying to take to court. Here is my honest review and part of my experience. I can go on and on. I wouldn't trust this firm and especially Naida Conte. Also how is it possible to go over the retainer fee and then send me a bill I owe you more money and a lot of money to top it off. I'm so disappointed and turned off by this law firm, I feel like I got robbed.  The horor stories you hear about lawyers well save yourself the hassle and stay away from this one.

My whole experience was honestly great. I needed to file for divorce and had no clue how, Nadia and Helen were so helpfull and kind. No kids and everything was already divided and property sold. They delt with all the paperwork and the courts . Made my life easy. I absolutely recommend them if your in my position. I also got money back from the retainer, great feeling they didnt take it all. Awesome work

This law firm helped me through a very messy separation and was courteous and compassionate through it all. I was a total mess when I met with Nadia for a consultation. She assured me that I would get through this. The lawyer on the other side was horrible. But Williams Family Lawyers was able lessen the fire. We started off with court, but then went to mediation. The mediator recommended was also amazing. The whole staff was so compassionate. I also really appreciated Nadia's assistant, Helen. Helen is a wonderful humanbeing. I was so comfortable. I consider them much more than a law firm. Communications I received from the firm were very clear. thanks Nadia and Williams Family Law firm. I will be recommending you to other people. Is it expensive? yes but they do work with you in a courtesous way to make sure that you are comfortable. They give you time and are not pushy. Tristan takes the calls at the front desk and he is so calming. He is reassuring and helped me through a very difficult time. The whole environment is a good one, even though I was going through such a hard time. They answer calls and emails right away. I never had to worry that I wasn't being taken care of. Cheryl Williams is the owner and greeted me and spoke to me many times even though I wasn't her client. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you to everyone. I can't say enough things. My advice is to keep it out of court if you want to save a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Court will cost you thousands of dollars. Nadia Conte explained this to me. She told me that she would keep my matter out of court if it was possible. When it was not possible, she worked very hard at negotiating to get me out. The judge even gave me costs at the first court appearance. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all.
