★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have nothing but good things to say about this business. We had some truck issues while heading back home from our vacation in Kelowna. Every garage we called would not even look at it for two days even though they knew we were travelling home and would have to find accommodations, miss work etc. Williams Automotive took us in right away, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in an hour. Very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has excellent service and very easy to ask any question you might need to ask. They are also very quick at getting your car on the road and making sure that it is all safe. They are not trying to push you to get any more items then you might need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going in I said I had some engine problems, and within the hour of dropping my car off, they found the problem and gave me the option of doing it myself or having them repair it. They repaired the broken part in a very short amount of time and got my car back the same day. Very impressed with their work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, quality experience. Took my car here on two occasions, once for routine maintenance and another for a repair. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, I got my car back the same day. And they vaccumed the car for me which I thought was a really nice gesture!
