I worked with Krystal with my 8 week old Cane Corso as she grew up, as well as with my adopted 4 year old, 130 lb mastiff who was showing signs of aggression a short time after we got him. In both cases she was fantastic, got results really quickly and helped us create a peaceful home. Highly recommend

AVOID! I reached out and spoke with Wild Wolf Academy about getting a couple of sessions for my dog. I spoke with the owner and she said she had no problem working on the things I was hoping to improve but that she was recently in a car accident and would need to wait about a month before we could meet. She said that she could potentially start at the end of May but we booked for the first weekend in June just incase she was not ready to go back to work at the end of May. I called at the end of May to see if she was ready which she was not at the time and that was totally fine. I enquired what we would be discussing at our first session, what time on the date we had picked and where we would be meeting. Throughout this process I have been accommodating of her in regards to location, time, and even her request to pay her cash as she was still working with ICBC and was not officially back to work. She informed me during that phone call that she would text me on Thursday or Friday before our session to confirm the time and get my address. I messaged her as I had not yet heard from her for our session the next morning to which I got a response that she no longer wanted to work with me as she thought a goal of having my dog get along with every dog at the dog park was not a reasonable goal. I never at any point said that was my expectation. I was looking for help with some reactivity he was starting to show, perfecting his recall and some leash work. She said her instincts told her that we would not be a good fit even though we have only spoken on the phone twice and both phone calls were pleasant and she has never met me or my dogs. She clearly does not want to be honest as I have done nothing but be nice and accommodating in my attempt to support a local business. She chose to waste 5 weeks to in the end have zero common curtesy and would not even answer her phone when I tried to call after her text as I said there must have been a miscommunication somewhere as this does not make any sense. I will never recommend someone who runs their business this way who makes up excuses to offend their potential client and waste their time. She did get one thing right and that was that we would not be a good fit as I would never want my dog around someone that acts the way she does.
