★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two corgi's that were used to the freedom of country living and so when we moved to an apartment in Victoria, I was in need of a dog walker. Heather was recommended to me by a co-worker. Her sub-contractor walks the corgi's (due to my location in the city) but the whole experience dealing with Tailz to Trailz has been wonderful. I highly recommend Heather and her support staff. Very accommodating, reliable and great with the animals. 5 ✨!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heather was recommended by a coworker. We have a new puppy with very intense separation anxiety and she is scared of EVERYHING. Heather met my girl and Mia took her out the next day. My pup didn't want to leave them, Mia made me feel really comfortable, was professional and reassuring. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but great communication and experiences with Heather, she has always been prompt to respond if I have any questions. You can tell that her heart is in what she does!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heather and Josh are the best with my Pug, Bruce. He loves his hikes three times a week and always comes home so happy. Then, he's out. I also appreciate the pictures from the hikes. It's nice to see him out there while I'm at work. I trust Heather and Josh with Bruce.
