There is never a wait, the phone is always answered, and the customer service from Dr. Wihlidal and Suzy is outstanding. Dr. Wihlidal is great for listening to all your concerns and answering all your questions. In your first few visits Dr. Wihlidal will let you know what he’s doing before he does it to make you feel more comfortable and so you know what to expect. My back is getting better and better with every appointment and I expect to continue coming here regularly for maintenance. If you are in the Orillia area and looking for a great Chiropractor, give Wihlidal Family Chiropractic your business. It doesn’t get more “shopping local” than this.

Dr. Whitney took his time to explain to us what was happening to our son's spine and how it was effecting his overall health. The difference has been amazing. My sons are healthier and happier thanks to Dr. Whitney. Both boys play multiple sports including hockey, rarely get sick and have never gone to the emergency room for ear infections. Dr. Whitney assesses not only our spines but our overall health and makes suggestions to improve our overall health. Dr. Whitney shares his knowledge, patience and understanding with myself and my family. I always recommend him to everyone and can't say enough about how he has treated us all these years. I can't say enough about how much Dr. Whitney has done for my spinal heath; I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.
Whitney took the time to explain not only why I was having pain, and what he would be doing to help alleviate it; he also gave me "homework" to help me outside of coming in for adjustments. I am now back to feeling my age, and will continue on my maintenance plan with Whitney.
Thank you to Whitney and his friendly staff for helping me understand what I need to do in order to feel this great!

exrays done,consultation then a complete booklet of all my injuries and treatment plan. I've been seeing him for a few weeks now and already he has made a difference. I'm so happy with his service.

Dr. Wihlidal is amazing at explaining how your back looks currently and where he believes it should be in the next few months.
