★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great workouts... YJ puts you through varies routines while acknowledging individual exercise levels. It's a comfortable atmosphere where you can challenge yourself and try things you may not in the bigger busier gyms. No one is judged here we all support each other throughout the program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for the mom and baby Barre class when my son was 4 wks old. I was nervous to go so soon after birth but the class was perfect. It was as gentle or as intense as I made it. I was always sore the next day in a good way!
YJ is full of bright energy and it makes the class fun and makes the time fly by. YJ is able to adjust your posture and push you in a way that makes the workouts more effective and also holds you accountable. I noticed such a difference in my body and my strength. I felt more toned after just a month (and happier!). Would highly recommend a class :)
