★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ebike Buddha! I walked into have a look. When I left like 3 hours later felt like I could go for an Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering! I had no idea the effort it takes to maintain and repair electrical components in ebikes. Thanks RJ for making me feel like I was part of the team !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey my name is William Hutchison i lived in Penticton BC for 8 to 10 year's here now i al'way's mountain's bike and or walk but this last year is the best year i got to Try a new sport and experience an E⚡Bike?so i bought a E⚡Bike?from last year before this New year at thee ARMADA WiCKED ELECTRiC⚡SCOOTER BOARD BiKE'S?AND E⚡BiKE'S SHOP STORE and they have all kind's of Scooter Bike's?selection's and or E⚡Bike's?if i ever needed to trade my E⚡Bike in if my heart desire's i was able to trade it in and i make a deal with RJ now i got what i want.
i am very happy?with my new trade in.
RJ and his wife Ann and his son Anton they are ready to help me and answer any of my question's and or have the knowledge that "i need to know, and or 'if, "i don't know' about some'thing they help me understand any of my question's and they make sure that they know i will be happy with what i should get and or if i have a problem they Help me solve the problem.
They are awesome people with lot's of experience and or have the Knowledge to help if i needed the help and if i want custom light's paint part's and
if i need a repair RJ and his team are there to help fix and solve the problem and get the people back on the road's with there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not appreciate that I was made an offer by the gentleman who owns the store and suddenly at the Very Last Moment when I came back two days later, as arranged, the original offer Changed. I find that to be disrespectful, bordering on dishonorable. He wasted my time.
I would also really like to know why in one breath, he says that he hates Gio electric scooters and then in the next breath he says that Gio scootersare mostly what he sells.

By far phenomenal electric bike business I bought scooter from there and my bf got a big street ebike from there, no complaints .the manager always delivers and goes out of his way to make sure it's what your looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly do not recommend this store I went there a year ago to get my battery replaced the guy was strongly rude to me at first he would say that I don’t take advantage of people with disabilities and he went behind my back and he did so and he got into my face and threaten me I will be going to Castanet soon and reporting this So unfair can’t believe I got treated like that when I came all that way to pay for new batteries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a no star I would, Wicked came highly recommended and of course I read the google review so now let me share my experience. I brought my electric bike in for repair in the spring (electrical issue) the place seemed like they were rockin the biz and I thought Great !! well I had the same cut out issue $650 later and all I got were excuses about how complicated it is and how I didn't ask them to fix the problem ....what the hell ??? I was in a number of times and without exception they can't find the charger for this bike or that bike. Take a look at he service area, it looks like a tornado hit it, that should be your first clue as to what's happening there and guess what, they lost my charger though he did sell me a new one for $80 that I didn't notice had been amateurly spliced together , hope being 1/3 the size of my old one isn't a factor. When you pay for something they give you a tiny receipt (if you get one at all) not entered in a computer or anything so don't expect warranty without a receipt cuz they won't be able to trace your purchase.. I took my bike to another shop where I was advised because my battery would not charge in full that it had not been rebuilt as charged for at wicked. They had obviously been in the battery because the case screws were not even tightened properly Before you make the mistake of supporting wicked with your business spend some time as I unfortunately had to and listen to the excuses and mayhem happening in the store. Shortly put they are incompetent's at best , STAY AWAY. The original problem of a connector shorting out was never fixed by them
