Overpriced, garbage items. Dollar store houseware items selling for 4.99. Books and CDs are always in disarray. Just go to the Value Village on 82 ave, everything is organized and priced fairly.

Whoever's pricing the stuff is clearly sniffing glue. I've been regularly going to this store since it opened and have seen the prices increase each time I've gone. I think they forget that they get these items for free. $40 for a used camping cooler (a very basic one)??? $30 for a small table top water fountain??? I'm not going to bother shopping at this store anymore and others shouldn't waste their time. Do yourself a favour and shop at the Value Village down the road. They have way better selection and prices.

The past 3 years I have been a weekly customer at goodwill and generally this location. The last 6 months prices have skyrocketed. Housewares are priced much higher than they are worth second hand. Ikea and Tupperware brands priced like new yet they are used and some missing pieces. Goodwill really needs to look at their prices, it's getting absolutely ridiculous. I have stopped shopping at gokdwill all together. Better to shop at a consignment store where you know the styles are current and there are no holes or stains.

Not a very good store in all honesty. It's good that they are reselling unwanted items but I think their prices are a bit too high for second-hand items. The staff was friendly though but the security guard was abit rude.

As a part-time thrifer, full-time business owner, this Goodwill location is definitely overpriced. Previous comments have confirmed my thoughts. To be fair, I went there three times but was disappointed every time. If you go to Goodwill at South or west end, they have better stuff at reasonable prices. This small store vibes is like for-profit though it's marketed as nonprofit. You would think things should be cheaper here due to its location, but ironically, it's pricey because it's targeting vulnerable populations. Not to mention I've witnessed some staff showing a superior attitude towards some customers. I mean if you're working a minimum wage job, why judge others? Also, look at the feedback posted by Goodwill employees, you can sense the sarcasm. Have a laugh and go check out previous feedback for bad reviews!

This is a pretty depressing Goodwill location. There's always a security guard at the door (which I understand, but still), and any time I've interacted with the staff or had questions for them, they've come across as miserable. The changing rooms have been closed for a couple of years, and when asked if/when they'll be open again, both myself and a friend have been told on separate occasions that they won't be. No change rooms, at a store that mainly sells clothing. They have a 14-day exchange policy (exchange only, no returns), so you can try on at home, but this is super inconvenient for people who don't drive, don't live in the area, etc. Be clear on what is and is not accepted before you try to exchange anything. The last time I went in I wanted to try a couple of tops on so I went to the very back corner and did my best. The store is also dishevelled. Book/DVD/music section is a mess. I have found a few cool things here, so that's why I'm not giving one star, but once I move out of the area I likely won't go back to this Goodwill. 1.5/5.

Again outrageous prices... Find things here is more expensive than actually buying them at the real store where they actually came from. Here's a great example I found 15 things in 5 to 10 minute visit. Here's a good example. Insulation for door surround was $1.25 at Dollarama now $2.50 at Goodwill. The whacked out thing about this is that I asked how much it would be and she still said it was $2.50. not even a chance to negotiate the price with me as the price was firm even though it was still stamped visibly $1.25 from Dollarama. I spoke to head office about this twice now and they said they would be looking into the matter now it's even worse. I guess that's why they have a $250 clock that was donated sitting there for 4 months.

This place was great and very fun getting Christmas decorations for a family member. The people inside are always ready to lend a hand with bigger furniture and the customers are always nice to chat with I spent 100$ for all my items.my elderly friend was very happy and pleased with the transformation. Thank you staff for your help and kindness!! Merry Christmas ? ? ❀
