I have tried multiple salons since I've moved here and although none of them were 'bad' I had yet to connect with one. I contacted Who Dyd Your Hair to book a consultation and put faith in the universe that it would pair me with the right stylist. Well it certainly didn't fail me. The salon was easy to locate, was fresh and cozy, and I was greeted when I entered. I was paired with Raja and she was attentive from the first moment. The consultation went well and she LISTENED to what I was aiming for. She was confident and involved me through the whole process. The result was clean, timely and a mixture of my wants and her creativity. What I liked most was that all the ladies were professional but real. I am aware that they probably know way more than I do when it comes to hair but I know MY hair and what I like. All the interactions I saw while there showed me that the ladies truly take that into consideration. For me going to the salon should be an experience, it shouldn't be stressful or robotic. I left feeling like one of the family and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ill see you ladies next month! Thank you so much. Taylia

G	Genessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this was hands down the WORST haircut i have EVER received. the woman who cut my hair first brushed it dry, which would have been fine because i understand it’s necessary for it to be cut however she was unnecessarily rough. it was beyond painful because she did it but pulling my hair apart from the roots. i told her multiple times throughout the appointment I DID NOT WANT IT SHORT. guess what she did? she cut it short. then when i complained, the company came back defending her saying she HAD to?? she did not have to, i was fine to get another haircut at a different date WHICH I TOLD HER MULTIPLE TIMES. but anyways they then proceeded to say that when preforming a service, their clients need to listen to what they want instead of the other way around because they’re “professionals” and know whats best for the health of ur hair. k great i know WHAT I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE. before going in i had beautiful long hair that went at least down to above my belly button. now its above my shoulders. i will never be returning here or any salon for that matter as this place has literally scarred me especially since they had the audacity to say their customers need to listen to what they want instead. OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION SHE WENT AN HALF AN HOUR OVER TIME CUZ SHE WAS UNNECESSARILY RIPPING OUT MY HAIR AND CHARGED 32$ FOR IT. literally over a dollar a minute. that’s ridiculous. then again so is absolutely everything about this salon. please don’t waste your money or time by coming here. it’ll save you a lottttt of pain and even more tears.

From the initial consultation which I found to be refreshing because Yolande took time to discuss her thoughts about how to proceed, to the time and care she took in actually creating my hairstyle-I thoroughly enjoyed it all. The music, the atmosphere, the professionalism and the amazing job she did with my hair was simply phenomenal. I walked out feeling like the most amazing version of myself-from the inside out! Highly recommended!! Worth the 2 hour drive!!!

I recently used their brand of leave in conditioner and I finally have gotten the more light results instead of my relax hair being left oily when I do it. It's a great product and I appreciate the recommendation + the always stellar service! You folks are truly exceptional!
