I know that a lot of men including myself have insecurities in admitting to thinning and hair loss is occurring so making the first step into doing something like micropigmentation can be embarrassing and leave you nervous. Jenn from the consultation was warm, caring, hilarious and someone that clearly makes people feel comfortable very quickly. I wanted to leave a review after my second session as I was already becoming very happy with the results and felt incredibly bonded to Jenn (as I think most that meet her would say). The work Jenn does is thoughtful, artistic and is clear that she has high standards and will work until she is happy with result. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Getting this done is well worth the time and money. I couldn't be happier.
Thank you Jenn, I have enjoyed every minute of time with you, I wish that more people were like you. You deserve every bit of success that this business brings you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had known about SMP and Jenn years ago. The hair loss journey can be a long one and I could have saved a ton of money on useless lotions and potions had I discovered this process earlier.
Jenn does a great job of explaining the process during the consultation and provides a fun atmosphere in her shop. The shop is clean, her tools are top quality, payment is straight forward and booking is easy.
Jenn is a professional and her eye for detail creates an unreal result. She's an artist, I can't believe how realistic her work is. She is also a perfectionist and will put in the extra effort to get the results both you and she expect. Extremely happy with her work.
The best part though, Jenn is a warm, fun and engaging person. The hours fly by in the chair with lots of laughs. I was looking forward to sitting down her each session because of the environment she creates.
Her work has given me a new confidence. Something that bothered me for years is now out of mind thanks to her.

I was put at ease right away with Jenn’s upbeat, unique energy and professionalism. The sessions felt like they went by so quickly even though it’s such skilled and meticulous work. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Her work speaks for its self. Anyone considering getting SMP and isn’t sure it’s for them I would urge to at least get a consultation with Jenn and go from there. It truly was a game changer for me and I feel fortunate to have been able to work with Jenn to achieve the results I was hoping for! 10/10.
