โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience at a spa I've ever had. Used to get my eyebrows done here and the women (owner) was incredibly rude. I kept trying to make an appointment but she wouldn't get back to me so I thought it would be okay if I could just come in the make an appointment in person like at most spas. The door was open and I waited at the counter until she saw me and she lost it. (Wasn't owner someone that worked there.) I still managed to make an appointment and when I went to my appointment the owner b*tched at me and wouldn't stop although I apologized. I've never met someone so rude, she then overcharged me by $25, never going back.

โ โ โ โ โ I was so pleased with the service. My lip threading was gentle, considerate and very effective. The owner not only gave great service but also took the time to show me how to do my own threading at home in between treatments. She is an expert in her field and enjoys sharing her wisdom.
I would easily recommend anyone to her spa for this treatment and for any other considered treatments.

โ โ โ โ โ I love Tonic! it is such a cute spa, a small space but cozy, clean and welcoming. The ladies who work here are just lovely, and they have such a passion for what they do. The services are relaxing and professional. They also sell great products that the owner makes herself, the under eye serum is a life saver! I personally get treatments done by Hailey, who has the magic touch, she is always down to listen if you need to vent and she easily senses when you just need some quiet time...she will also most likely make you laugh or put a smile on your face with her sense of humor and easy going persona. 10/10 would recommend this spa to anyone who lives near by, and even those who live a bit further, the spa is located in the heart of Fernwood square which is worth the trip in itself, full of unique shops, food and drink. Thank you Tonic running such a great establishment, sourcing locally, and for just being great people :)

โ โ โ โ โ This experience with Kate was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. I have pain most days of my life because of an injury. She was so knowledgeable and walked me through what she was accomplishing during our session. 100% would recommend to anyone. I felt safe and understood. The room temperature was perfect, the ambience was calming. Canโt wait to book my next appointment.
