★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner (Ken Templeton) is racist and asked me what my race was before he would rent to me because he said he wants to make sure "He does not get the wrong kind of people in his park". His language is abusive and condescending. I advise you not to go to his park because he will bother you incessantly about your vehicles, your yard, your kids and any other crazy non-sense he comes up with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a quiet trailer court. The lots are a fair size with a small front yard as well a decent side yard. The trailer court is well maintained. The manager Tempelton is kind of an ass and not very friendly. But other then that it's seems like a great place to live. Its not to far from the #1 hwy and the community center for public swimming, Also close to the coral center for shopping.
