★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management. They will harass and pick on people they dont like but they will allow drug dealers to go months without paying rent and not say a thing. Dont rent or buy here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers go above and beyond. We had an electrical issue after 10pm on a Friday and the manager came out to take a look. Turns out it was an issue with my own breaker box but he stayed to help me get it all up and running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area, close to grocery stores and schools. The roads are a bit rough. But they seem to be maintained fairly regularly in the winter. I haven't lived there for many years but while I did the management was polite and friendly.
