I’ve used it a couple of times already and both times I spoke with Vikki regarding pickups/modifications. She was so helpful and very personable over the phone. It was like talking to a friend. I interacted with Rodney who brought my most recent order out to me and he was also really great! Excellent customer service; these two were amazing! Overall, this location is good. Finding stuff isn’t difficult, but the staff has always been really helpful when I do need assistance in locating something. They have plenty of checkouts/self-checkouts for the size of the store and the facility is always clean. I’m not always in the Whitecourt area for work, but whenever I am, this Walmart always fits my needs and never disappoints.
r	rabi gurung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place to shop. Surprise a small town have Walmart. Place is clean and bathroom is well maintained. But the Walmart is a bit away from the main highway. Don't get fooled by the Google maps.
K	Kathalean Bullock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why does this place have so many checkoout lanes and consistently only have 2 open, yet have a guy standing there doing lane traffic control for those two lanes? Wouldn't it be more efficient to have the greeter and the lane traffic control person run a cash register? The place would make more money, not that they need it, if people like me didn't avoided going here because of long checkout lines.
