★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of BBQ's and accessories with competitive (mostly better) pricing than the box stores (that try to charge extra for assembly as well). 5 stars as I would definitely buy or refer others.
Purchased 490 Broil King, LOVE IT!! First steaks on it came out 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I called for a new part for my BBQ. I was told it was in stock and they would set it aside. When I arrived to pick it up the person at the counter asked a few quick questions and quickly ascertained that the recurring problem with my BBQ could be permanently fixed with an updated style part. I value my time and my money greatly. This employee took a quick moment to explain why the part was better and how to install it. I have dealt with this company before and their expertise and ease of transaction have kept me coming back. I cannot recommend them highly enough . Great job!!

They were highly knowledgeable, passionate about their products, and very helpful, wanting to make sure I got the right thing that would suit me. And they had great prices to boot. It made the final decision easy.
Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

After confusing myself by shopping elsewhere the guys at Whites took the time with us to really help us understand grills and what we wanted out of a new one. After several visits we purchased a new Jackson because of the size and type of grilling we do. Beyond happy.
And the way they helped us out after purchasing the grill is above what most stores are willing to do.
Customer for life. I won’t need a grill for a long time but I will need accessories and I know where my first stop will be.
Thanks again Travis and the gang at Whites!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *update* Poor customer service. Ordered a BBQ over four weeks ago. Still no word, no contact from Whites. Contacted them and worker stated we were on waiting list despite the fact we confirmed order prior to buying the BBQ. Do not recommend shopping local if this is the customer service. Rona and Home Depot both carry all the models. Finally heard from a salesman today. No explanation but they did refund our money. Would have rather had the BBQ. Oh well back to the big box stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the website is atrocious!!!!... with covid, traffic, road conditions and whatever else makes you wanna shop from home.... its dam near impossible with their completely useless website!!!!!
if they cant offer purchasing online, ok thats all good! but it would at least be nice to see their selection online , rather than Drive all the way down there just to find out they don't have anything I'm interested in purchasing… In all honesty, that would make me hate the place and never wanna come back anyways. THUMBS DOWN
