There are barriers with signs on both sides of the bridge saying not to cross until a team member lets you through. However, sometimes they want people to just duck under the barrier. And when you duck under again when it's actually dangerous, they get extremely angry and act like it's your fault for not following the sign. I suggest they have a staff meeting and figure out a simple and consistent way to have people pass through. Until then, I wouldn't trust this group of kids to direct traffic on the bridge, never mind throw me off the bridge attached to a cord. And I suggest to the gentleman who was so angry it looked like his head was going to explode or he wanted to knock my teeth out, Mr. Tough Guy, get your anger management issues in check, and look to how confusing your policies and behaviour are instead of getting angry at people getting confused who don't work there and are visiting for the first time. Of course we are confused, you idiot.

I felt very safe the entire time and would 110% recommend this bunjee spot to anyone — first timers or adrenaline junkies! Thanks so much Whistler Bunjee. I’ll be back! ??
G	Greg Bourdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my 10 year old daughter told me she wants to bungee jump I was nervous, I hate heights but didn’t want my fears getting in the way of her courage. After arriving and getting checked in I waited on the sidelines while my wife stood with my daughter on the bridge for her turn. Matt (who I found out later is the owner) stood and chatted with me and really took the edge off my nerves, I told him to triple check her gear and he gave me his word. Before my little girl stood on the edge I seen Matt do exactly what he said he would do and looked over and gave me a thumbs up, this meant the world to me. The extra mile Matt and the rest of the staff took that day was top notch service and they should be proud. Bad for me but good for my daughter and Whistler Bungee, every time we come up she insists that she will be jumping. Cheers Matt!

I felt so confident with the Whistler Bungee team (and also having the rope secured to my torso instead of my feet) that I jumped before they could even count down! Harness was triple checked which made a lasting impression on their professionalism. Highly recommed this attraction for many reasons. Adrenaline rush, picturesque location, and super nice staff. I will definitely go back. This time to jump off backwards!!!! Oh, and if you are willing, take your GoPro with you on the jump. It will give you a perspective that pictures won't. Just hang on tight.

We did a winter bungee, so the road up to the bridge was too snowed up for our tiny car, but a member of staff from the bridge came to pick us up so all was well. It's a really gorgeous location, and the staff are great. Really nice people. I noticed that they are also incredibly professional. The harness and clips are thoroughly checked and double checked by different people, so I felt very safe. Highly recommend this :)
